Gov. Scott Walker (R-WI) said in an interview that aired Sunday on New York AM 970’s “The Cats Roundtable” that he saw the GOP unifying around party presidential nominee Donald Trump.

“There’s an increasing sense of unity around Donald Trump,” Walker told host John Catsimatidis. “[B]ack last August, I said, ‘Any Republican running would be better than Hillary Clinton.’ I meant it then and I mean it now.”

He later added, “People have to wake up to the reality that a vote for anyone other than Donald Trump, who is now the Republican party nominee, is a vote for Hillary Clinton.”
