Monday on Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends,” retired U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, a supporter of Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, warned about the perils of political correctness, which he suggested includes not properly labeling terror attacks.
Flynn pointed out that those committing these acts of violence weren’t yelling “Jesus Christ” in the process.
“Political correctness kills – it will cause death and we can’t have that,” Flynn said. “You don’t have a lot of people yelling ‘Jesus Christ,’ putting a knife in somebody’s body or putting a knife in somebody’s head. I mean this is a different enemy. It is an enemy that we had not frankly understood in a couple of administrations and we definitely don’t understand right now.”
