Skip Bayless: ‘I Was Shocked’ by Justice Ginsburg’s Condemning of National Anthem Protests

During Tuesday’s “Undisputed” on Fox Sports 1, co-host Skip Bayless reacted to Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg calling the ongoing national anthem protests started by San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick “dumb and disrespectful.”

Bayless, who was admittedly “shocked,” said that if the comments had been made earlier on in the process, “it would have been a blow” to the movement.

“I must admit I was shocked by her comments,” he said. “And, I dare say if she had spoken what she spoke to Katie Couric, was it yesterday or the day before maybe, if she had done this a month ago, I think it would have been a blow to the Colin Kaepernick-inspired national anthem movement that I think has done so much good …”
