Giuliani: If Clinton Fdn Had an ‘Italian Name,’ It Would Have Be Prosecuted Already

Tuesday on Fox News Channel’s “Hannity,” former New York City Mayor Rudy Giulani, a supporter of GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump, explained how he as a former federal prosecutor saw the possibility of criminal wrongdoing by the Clintons and speculated that had they had an “Italian name,” as many of the crime families had they Giuliani prosecuted in New York City had, “they would have been prosecuted already.”

“I’ve won cases much more difficult than this,” he said. “I never guarantee a victory … she could be convicted on all those statutes I gave you a year ago and now about four more and I would put on top of it a racketeering enterprise, the Clinton Foundation — year Clinton, Inc. racketeering enterprise. If they had an Italian name, they would have been prosecuted already.”
