Watch: Mets Fan Irate About Missing Opening Day After NJ Transit Derailment

One of the trains at Penn Station in New York derailed Monday, causing headaches for transit riders.

Many affected by the derailment were headed to catch the Mets take on the Atlanta Braves at Citi Field.

NBC New York spoke with one Mets fan, who yelled about the New Jersey Transit incompetence.

The day was not all bad for the fan, as his Mets took down the Braves 6-0 on a strong outing by ace Noah Syndergaard.
