Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” while discussing Syrian jets continuing to take off from the air base hit by a U.S. missile strike in response to a deadly chemical attack, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad was telling President Donald Trump “f you.”
Graham said, “Here’s what I think Assad is telling Trump by flying from this base, F you. And I think he is making a serious mistake because of you are an adversary of the United States and you don’t worry about what Trump might do on any given day then you’re crazy.”
