Waters: Trump Is ‘a Disgusting, Poor Excuse of a Man’ —‘Imminent Threat to Our Nation’

Wednesday night at an EMILY’s List event Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) ripped President Donald Trump by calling him a “disgusting, poor excuse of a man.”

Waters said, “I am so grateful that Emily’s list is organizing us all to send a strong message to this disgusting and indecent man who has no business representing our country.  Women in America have come too far and fought too hard and paid too high a price for our respect and for control of our bodies and our lives. We will not allow ourselves to be shut up or shut down by anyone especially this disgusting, poor excuse of a man who is now the president of the United States of America.”

She added, “We must take our anger, our pain, our collective strength to right this wrong, to resist this tyranny and to save our democracy from a man whose immoral character and distorted thinking are an imminent threat to our nation.”
