Monday, White House adviser Kellyanne Conway told “Fox & Friends” that former National Security Adviser Susan Rice calling President Donald Trump’s executive order banning travel from six Muslim-majority countries “‘counterproductive” is “parallel” to her lies regarding the reason for attacks on American facilities in Benghazi, Libya.
“I would say that her comments yesterday are just really parallel to the lies she told after the Benghazi attack which took the lives of four innocent Americans when she lied there it was about a video,” Conway said. “She knows this is not a ban against a certain religion. She knows very clearly these are six countries that were identified by her Obama administration departments and that these six countries do not have screening and vetting procedures in place that give us confidence.”
