VA Gov McAuliffe to Trump: ‘Knock It Off’ With the Fire and Fury Rhetoric, ‘Start Acting’ Like a President

Wednesday, Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe (D) told TMZ that President Donald Trump should knock off’ his fire and fury rhetoric on North Korea.

McAuliffe said, “The president has got to tone down this rhetoric. I mean fire and fury like the world has never seen, that is not a comforting message. That is not a diplomatic message. We have seen, I was too young, but I have seen the images of what happened to Hiroshima and Nagasaki. That was fire and fury. And he is now saying it will be worse than that. Knock it off. You are the president of the United States start acting like one.”
