Carly Fiorina on Roy Moore: ‘Donald Trump Cares About a Vote in the Senate — No More, No Less’

On this week’s broadcast of “Fox News Sunday,.” former Hewlett Packard CEO and 2016  Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina said President Donald Trump was supporting Alabama GOP U.S. Senate hopeful Roy Moore amid sexual misconduct allegations because he only cares about a Republican vote in the U.S. Senate.

Fiorina said, “Well that’s politics isn’t it Chris. This is all about politics, and that’s what when politicians talk about this it doesn’t have a lot of credibility. This has been going on in politics for a very long time. Democrats try and defend their own, or Republicans tried to defend their own. It’s a little bit like George Washington warned us 200 years ago, the problem with politics and political parties is they care about winning above all else. Donald Trump cares about a vote in the senate, no more, no less.”
