Rapper Jim Jones became a part-owner of Arena Pro Football’s Richmond Roughriders Monday and is already asking free agent Colin Kaepernick to join the team.
Jones told TMZ Sports Wednesday that the Roughriders are “bringing out beach chairs and Piña coladas” for the National Anthem.
“Kap, listen, man, if you want to keep your skills up to par, come on down to the Roughriders. We got a couple dollars too, we could talk about some business. I think the world would pay to watch you play in any form of football, so I got a platform for you. Come talk to me,” Jones said.
