The Philadelphia Eagles drew up a trick play Sunday just before halftime to go up 22-12 over the New England Patriots.

On 4th and goal from just beyond the one-yard line, Eagles coach Doug Pederson dialed up a direct snap to runningback Corey Clement, who handed the ball on a reverse to tight end Trey Burton, a former college quarterback, who then threw the ball in the end zone to wide open quarterback Nick Foles for the touchdown.

Earlier in the game, the Patriots attempted a trick play intended to pass to quarterback Tom Brady, but the throw was high and the ball slipped through Brady’s hands.
