While speaking to reporters in Pennsylvania on Monday, former Vice President Joe Biden expressed his opposition to the manner in which President Trump is handling renegotiation of NAFTA and said there isn’t enough time to lay out all the differences he has with the president on trade policy.
Biden was asked, “Mr. Vice President, do you support renegotiating NAFTA?”
He responded, “No. There’s — we can — we always can renegotiate everything we have to make it better. But not the way he’s going about this.”
Biden was then asked how he differed from the president on trade policy.
Biden answered, “You don’t have enough time.”
