Former FBI Official: There’s a ‘High Percentage of Fraud’ in the K-1 Visa

While discussing the San Bernardino attack Saturday on MSNBC, former FBI executive assistant director Shawn Henry noted the amount of fraud used by immigrants to get into the United States by using the K-1 visa, which is how the female attacker Tashfeen Malik was able to enter the country.

“We have heard about this fiance visa and I know the U.S. Government has some concerns in that program. There’s a high percentage of fraud and that is again another avenue potentially from people who want to do harm here to pursue.”
