Nolte — Antisemitic WGA Faces More Fallout over Refusal to Condemn Hamas: ‘They Should Be Ashamed’

The Writers Guild of America (WGA) is so antisemitic it refuses to condemn savages, gleefully live-streaming the massacre of 1,200 Israeli civilians.

The WGA is so antisemitic it refuses to condemn savages gleefully live-streaming the rape and demonic corpse desecration of a large number of Israeli civilians.

The WGA is so antisemitic Hamas can kidnap the elderly, kidnap children, and murder parents in front of their small children, and the WGA remains silent.

Why?

Because the victims are Jews.

Ask me again how something like the Holocaust was allowed to happen.

Some in the WGA are speaking out against the WGA’s monstrous silence. But that’s all they are doing: saying stuff.

Where are the resignations? Where is the recall movement against the Guild’s anti-Jewish leadership?

Don’t hold your breath, my friends.

If Hollywood is Castro, the WGA is Pol Pot.

Last week, Breitbart reported on Jerry Seinfeld, Jenji Kohan, Eli Roth, and Sacha Baron Cohen’s anger over the WGA’s silence. There’s more lip service coming from Hollywood this week:

“What a total cop-out, they should be ashamed,” one prominent showrunner told Deadline of the email, which he received Saturday. “They put a statement out about everything else, but not dead Jews, disgusting.” Another scribe said that they thought “ChatGPT wrote this,” while yet another writer said they “had gotten letters from the taxman with more empathy.”

The email this guy is complaining about was from the WGAW explaining why it refuses to condemn the massacre, rape, kidnapping, and corpse desecration of Jews. Here’s a taste of that email from WGAW president Meredith Stiehm:

The Board of Directors has worked exhaustively to consider the great diversity of opinions among our members on this issue, and determine how best to address this as a Guild. … Like the membership itself, the Board’s viewpoints are varied, and we found consensus out of reach. For these reasons, we have decided not to comment publicly.

It should be noted that Stiehm was elected and reelected.

And here’s more lip service:

As of today, Sacha Baron Cohen, Mad Men creator Matt Weiner, Jerry Seinfeld, Eli Roth, Homeland and 24’s Howard Gordon, Amy Chozick, Billions EP Brian Koppelman, Susannah Grant, Steven Levitan, Aline Brosh McKenna, La Brea’s David Appelbaum, Scott Frank, Amy Sherman-Palladino, The Americans co-showrunner Joel Fields, Jenji Kohan and many others have put their names to the open letter.

The Saturday morning email directly from Stiehm also follows a virtual meeting of over 80 showrunners and other writers on the WGA’s mute response held yesterday, as Deadline exclusively reported. Moderated by Jonathan Prince, the over 90-minute gathering sought to find a way for the group to move the discussion with the Guild forward. While no absolute conclusion were met, and more meetings are planned, the group is resolved to seek both an apology and a statement of support from the Guild leadership.

But the WGA is not going to do anything except use its silence to justify the most appalling war crimes since the Holocaust.

So what are these big shots going to do now? Will they risk their paychecks? Will they risk their status? Will they risk the good opinion of people so depraved they cannot bring themselves to condemn depravity?

I very much doubt it.

Will Hollywood’s Jewish community resign?

Never again, eh?

David Duke farts and Hollywood explodes in outrage against Trump. But their own Guild remains silently complicit for only one reason: Jews.

Hey, remember when Jerry Seinfeld had the moral courage to show Trump a thing or two about a thing or two? Let’s see his moral courage now.

Editor’s Note:  This story was updated to reflect a revised number on the death toll from the October 7 Hamas attack in Israel.  The Israeli government estimate of 1,400 was revised to around 1,200, according to Reuters.

John Nolte’s debut novel Borrowed Time (Bombardier Books) is available today. You can read an exclusive excerpt here and a review of the novel here.
