Wow, that’s terrific news! I lived in Gainesville for a couple of years, back in my college era. It’s a strange and wondrous place. Lowe sounds like a perfect member of Bloomberg’s goofball posse, and like Bloomberg, richly deserves to not be mayor of anything.
