We are hiring an Ad Operation Manager to oversee our direct and network advertising trafficking, optimization and reporting. This hire can play a key role in expanding the advertising products and team if they are the right fit.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage advertisement trafficking
  • Create and deliver standard daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Work with finance to invoice and reconcile
  • Optimize waterfall of prioritization
  • Research and identify new advertising products
  • Work with sales to provide feedback on performance and availability
  • Manage the sales calendar
  • Quality control on third party creative and files

We are hiring an Ecommerce Manager to oversee our ecommerce initiatives including our online store and affiliate sales. This hire can play a key role in expanding the advertising products and team if they are the right fit.

Our store and affiliate programs are focused on selling physical and digital goods to our aggregated audience. This role will focus on identifying and sourcing products that are appropriate and valued by our audience. Marketing through third parties is not a core part of this role.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Optimize product assortment, conversion and user funnels
  • Identify new products and categories
  • Set pricing
  • Manage inventory
  • Manage fulfillment channels and third parties
  • Create and deliver standard daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Manage seasonal and promotional calendar
  • Assist with creative design and product descriptions
  • Assist with in-house ad placements

As an Advertising Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting for clients and selling online ads and sponsorships.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining assigned account bases while developing new accounts
  • Immersion in our products and services
  • Promoting outside-of-the-box solutions to prospective clients
  • Providing clients with estimates of the costs of products or services
  • Locating and contacting potential clients to offer advertising services
  • Processing all correspondence and paperwork related to accounts
  • Informing customers of available options for online advertisement
  • Preparing promotional plans, sales literature, media kits, and contracts
