ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Police have leveled multiple charges at a 25-year-old New Mexico man, Luis Briones, who allegedly crashed his FordExplorer Monday night while driving under the influence and simultaneouslyhaving sex.
The woman was ejected fromthe SUV and found naked with deep cuts to her face and head.
Police say the suspect attempted to drive awayafter the crash, but a witness pulled the keys out of the ignition.
He was later apprehended behind a cactus, wearing one shoeand his shorts inside-out.
