Now that you’ve put Mr. Nolte on the spot, Lisa, I expect to see that full “must-see movies you haven’t seen” post, as soon as possible.  You can’t just throw “Deep Rising” on the same list as “Springtime in the Rockies” and leave it there, like the softly pulsating mystery appetizer in the middle of David Lynch’s dinner table.
