Appearing on Newsmax TV’s America’s Forum, I squared off with Ellis Henican, from Newsday to discuss Senator Rubio’s recent letter to President Obama regarding immigration.

In that letter, Marco asked the president not to take unilateral action through executive order and instead allow for the legislature to be able to make progress on this issue.

Henican, a left of center reporter with Newsday was ecstatic at the opportunity for Obama to take action on immigration, perhaps because the president has done so little in this regard. Henican explains, “he’s the president. He aught to do something…and we’ll go fight it out in court”

I think this helps Rubio get over his immigration problem.
