Actor Charlie Sheen Returning to Aspen in Domestic Violence Case

AP: Actor Charlie Sheen is returning to court in Aspen on domestic violence charges stemming from a Christmas Day dispute with his wife.

An arraignment is scheduled for Monday afternoon.



Sheen is accused of putting a knife to the throat of Brooke Mueller Sheen while they vacationed in Aspen. He has denied the allegations. He faces charges of menacing, criminal mischief and assault.
