CNS News: In a pre-Earth Day speech before the Alliance for Community Trees on Wednesday, Rep. Earl Blumenauer (D-Ore.) said that more trees lining urban streets makes people better drivers.
“Having an urban tree canopy actually retards speeding,” said Blumenauer.
