Sky News: The Queen has appointed Tory leader David Cameron as the UK’s new prime minister and he is on his way to Downing Street from Buckingham Palace. Leaving the palace with his pregnant wife Samantha, Mr Cameron gave a wave to royal staff and mouthed: “Thank you.”
