Biden Gives Credit to Bush Administration for Iraq Surge... Barely

In an interview on PBS’ NewsHour, Vice President Joe Biden said “The president’s speech acknowledged President Bush’s contribution.” For the record, President Obama acknowledged President Bush’s love of country and support for the troops.
