On NBC News’ Meet the Press, MSNBC host Lawrence O’Donnell used Newt Gingrich’s words from 1993 against him as he attempts to make the case that tax rate increases are good for the economy. Unfortunately for Mr. O’Donnell, Mr. Gingrich had a better recollection of the events of 1993.
