Union Members Planning To Force Police To Arrest Them

Union members in Michigan told local News 2 (MyFoxDetroit) that they were planning to hold a “civil disobedience” demonstration by blocking traffic and doing other illegal things in the hopes that they will force the police to arrest them so that their voices “will be heard.”
