Issa: 'I Cannot Bring Myself To Vote For' Fiscal Cliff Bill

Representative Issa told the House tonight that while he thanked those people who will vote for the “cliff” bill, he cannot bring himself to vote for it because it does not pay for itself and he does not find it to be enough of a compromise to justify a “yes” vote.
