Rubio, Kerry Spar Over Obama's Foreign Policy Failures

Senator Marco Rubio listed several foreign policy missteps of the President over the past four years with Kerry interrupting correcting the record on multiple assertions. Kerry said that he would like to sit down with Rubio and “talk through” all of his issues while discussing the President’s “vision of the world.”
