Press Secretary Jay Carney was asked again today about the effects of the sequester on the White House staff. Reporters asked if furlough notices had been sent out. Carney responded that he didn’t know and that he had no information to give them at this time. Another reporter jumped in and noted that they’ve been asking for this information “for weeks” and asked that the information be distributed to the White House press pool because they were going to “keep asking” for clarification.
