A U.S. government contractor who was abducted by terrorists in Pakistan over two years ago has appeared in a new video according to a news report.
The video released by As-Sahab, the so-called media arm of al Qaeda, shows Warren Weinstein pleading for the Obama administration to negotiate for his release.
