On Thursday’s “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon,” Fallon and show guest Will Ferrell appeared in a skit that was a takeoff on a TeenNick cable show called “Ew!” which featured first Lady Michelle Obama. Obama’s appearance was part of Fallon’s inaugural week, one of which she used to promote her healthier eating endeavors.
