On his Monday radio program, conservative talker Rush Limbaugh weighed in on the back-and-forth between Drudge Report editor Matt Drudge and the Obama White House over whether or not Drudge had to pay the so-called ObamaCare tax penalty for opting out of health insurance coverage.
