During its Wednesday evening newscast, Jackson, MS ABC affiliate WAPT cited a Breitbart News report which had raised questions about Sen. Thad Cochran (R-MS) residency. Cochran had claimed his residency as a cabin near Oxford, MS but documents submitted to the Federal Election Commission show that Cochran had previously stated his residence a home in Alexandria, VA.
