Tuesday while accepting his MVP award, Oklahoma City’s Thunder forward Kevin Durant teared up as he thanked his mother, Wanda Pratt, for the sacrifices and struggles she endured to get him here. The audience gave Pratt a standing ovation as Durant recalled his mother going to bed hungry so he and his brother could eat.
