ABC NEWS: According to the NYPD, the former talk show host was stopped in downtown Manhattan for riding his bike the wrong way. He was given two summonses: one for a bike offense and a second for disorderly conduct after he allegedly became belligerent with police. After he failed to produce identification, police took Baldwin to the precinct and then released him.
