Chris Voss, a former FBI lead international kidnapping negotiator, told CNN’s Jake Tapper on Wednesday that he “would have been embarrassed” over the exchange for US soldier Bowe Bergdahl. He declared that a “five for one” deal is not a good deal “at all.” Voss added that he “can’t see how this was a good deal for us,” and that the swap was “publicity they couldn’t otherwise buy,” and “great PR” for the Taliban that was “embarrassing” for the United States.
