Human Rights Watch did a detailed analysis matching satellite imagery and ISIS photographs exposing the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria’s (ISIS) mass executions in Tikrit, which the group seized control of on June 11. While HRW said the numbers could be much higher, the photographs confirmed the Islamic militants mass murdered between 160 and 190 men.
