Monday on MSNBC’s “The Ed Show,” Rep. Keith Ellison (D-MN) reacted to Supreme Court’s Hobby Lobby 5-4 decision by attacking Justice Samuel Alito who wrote the ruling.

“Whether it’s Citizens United, or Hobby Lobby, which also came down, or Harris v. Quinn, this Supreme Court is extremely busy and doesn’t have much regard for precedent at all,” Ellison said. 

At one point in his rant Ellison stopped himself mid sentence to say “It’s hard to call him ‘Justice Alito’, but Mister Alito…”
