On first day of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, ISIS has released new videos formally declaring the establishment of a caliphate, or Islamic state and mocking President Barack Obama and U.S. troops from a bombed out Iraq army base.
The Islamist Abu Saffiya speaking English shows off the bombed out military vehicles at the captured Iraqi military base.
At the end of the video one of the militants proclaims, “Obama, did you prepare enough diapers for your soldiers?”
