During and interview with “Marketplace” radio show on Wednesday, President Barack Obama gave the Republican Party some unsolicited advice saying in order to ever win back the presidency the party would have to “move back to the center.”

“I don’t think this is a permanent state of affairs,” he said. “I think over time the Republican Party will move back to the center, mainly because if they don’t, they’ll never win the presidency again. And at a certain point people are just going to get fed up.”

Earlier this week Obama referenced House Speaker John Boehner’s (R-OH) lawsuit alleging the executive branch has exceeded his constitutional authority with  excessive executive actions. Obama taunted Republicans by saying , “Middle-class families can’t wait for Republicans in Congress to do stuff. So sue me.”
