Transcript as follows:

Aerial attacks launched from Egypt into Libya underscore, yet again, the abject failure of the Obama administration’s policy in the Middle East. Nations relatively aligned with us now face alone the predictably awful results of America’s involvement in the overthrow of a relatively friendly autocrat, Muammar Qaddafi.

Loose talk about an “Arab Spring” ushering in tolerant democracies has given way to the harsh reality of jihadist and sectarian mayhem.

Presidential claims of putting al Qaeda on the “path to defeat” are now seen for what they always were: national security fraud.

And White House declarations that assorted wars have been unilaterally ended have been replaced by portentous  decisions seemingly guided by public relations, rather than strategic, considerations.

President Obama has emboldened our enemies, undermined our friends and diminished our country.  Some legacy.
