Thursday after speaking at Harvard University’s Institute of Politics, a student said to Vice President Joe Biden “I’m a senior at the college. I’m the vice president of the student body here.”
Biden joked, “Isn’t it a bitch? I mean. Excuse me. That vice president thing?”
