Tuesday CNN’s “Newsroom,” Jim Sciutto reported that Egypt’s most violent militant group, Ansar Beit al-Maqdis has pledged his allegiance and obedience to ISIS.
Sciutto reported, “The Egyptian group that has been focused on attacking the Egyptian government and military now swearing allegiance to ISIS. The worry is, does that group take its campaign against civilians which has been ISIS’ strategy. That’s a big deal. Egypt is a powerful and populous country but a lot of westerners visit it.”
