During Los Angeles’ KNBC’s Thursday night news broadcast, local reporter Robert Kovacik reported about the Sony hacking scandal causing a media blackout at the premiere for the Sony pictures film “The Interview.” Actor Charles Chun of Korean heritage who plays a Korean general in the film was “corralled,” and “advised to step away,” mid-interview after saying, “I don’t know anyone who doesn’t think that North Korea’s behind it.”
