In an interview with St. Louis Fox affiliate KTVI that aired Wednesday, Berkeley, MO Mayor Theodore Hoskins explained his plans that were in place to protect lives and property in his city and that earlier in they had stopped efforts to loot a beauty supply store and blockage of I-170, a major thoroughfare near Berkeley.
