Wednesday, Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) told President Barack Obama’s nominee for attorney general, Loretta Lynch, her “defending” the “indefensible” immigration executive action the president took is a “big problem.”

Sessions said, “Frankly the Attorney General of the United States should have told President Obama that. Urged him to back off. Presidents get head strong. And he didn’t do it. And now your here defending it and I believe it is indefensible. So I’m worried. I just want to tell you, that’s a big problem.”
