Wednesday at the House Democratic Caucus press conference minority leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) accused Republicans of refusing to fund the Department of Homeland Security because of their opposition to President Barack Obama’s executive order amnesty.
Pelosi said Republicans “are holding the protection and safety of the American people hostage to their opposition to any action the president may take on immigration.”
