Tuesday at the National Press Club, while commenting on the news that a federal judge stalled President Obama’s executive action on immigration, Attorney General Eric Holder said he “always expected” the controversial move by the president would be decided by a “higher court, if not the Supreme Court.”

Holder said, “We have to look at this decision for what it is. It is a decision by one federal district court judge. I expect and have always expected that this is a matter that will ultimately be decided by a higher court, if not the Supreme Court.”
