Friday, shortly after State Attorney Marilyn Mosby announced six Baltimore police officers now face criminal charges for the death of Freddie Gray while in police custody, Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD) said, “I have come here today to thank God Marilyn Mosby and her team saw him [Freddie Gray].”
During the past few days of protests and riots in Baltimore, Cummings said he asked, “Did anybody see this man who was a mothers child [Freddie Gray]?”
He added, “I have come here today to thank God Marilyn Mosby and her team saw him.”
