Ex-New York Yankees star catcher Jorge Posada sat down with Mark Strassmann of CBS in an interview that appeared on “CBS This Morning” on Wednesday to discuss his book “The Journey Home: My Life in Pinstripes,” which discusses his life and career as a Yankee.

In the interview, Posada proclaimed that he does not believe someone that has used steroids should be in the MLB Hall of Fame and then was asked if former teammate Alex Rodriguez should be in the Hall of Fame.

“No. I don’t think it’s fair for the guys who have been in the Hall of Fame who played the game clean,” Posada said. “I don’t think it’s fair, I really don’t. I think that guys need to be in the Hall of Fame need to be players that played with no controversy.”
